Our Human Resources Policy

In line with our company’s objectives and strategies, the Human Resources Policy of T Dinamik consists in satisfying our human resources needs in pursuit of the principle of “Right person for the right job at the right time”; determining our personnel’s training needs, preparing and implementing training programs in order to contribute their development; developing the systems that will enable assessment of their performance and increase of their satisfaction and ensuring continuity of these systems.

The most significant resource underlying the success of T Dinamik is its employees. Common characteristics that we seek in our candidate employees are training, experience and skills required by the position as well as personal traits in harmony with the corporate culture and values. Our recruitment process is initiated by announcement of vacancies on the website www.kariyer.net in accordance with the staff plan.

Candidate pools are created based on applications received for vacancies and evaluated in terms of requirements of the position. In accordance with personnel needs, telephone interviews and face-to-face interviews are implemented. During interviews, the application form, a foreign language test, personality inventory and skill-based assessment and evaluation techniques and instruments are used.

At the end of all evaluations, successful candidates go through a reference check and job proposal process. Notifications are sent to all applicants by email, and their CVs are stored in the database to be evaluated for different positions.
